Revopoint Trackit Tripod Stiffener to prevent unwanted fold ups

This design was created to eliminate the issue that the tripod legs don't lock for further extension to the middle. When moving the tracker around I had some unpleasant moments where they completely folded to the center.
The design is small enough to still fit in the original case.

Printing

Select your most rigid filament and then aim for a few mm wall thickness and at least 40% infill. I used PETG CF for extra rigidity and it performs well. Normal PETG had too much flex.

Assembly

Fix the printed part with 3 5mm zip-ties or metal wire to the tripod and enjoy the stiffness of the tripod-legs. Zip-ties can be up to 1.5mm thick.
