Konig Wheel Center Caps

Mazda Center Caps for Konig Hypergrams

I designed these clip-style center caps specifically for Konig Hypergrams.
The OEM Hypergram caps use M3 screws, which are a hassle to take on and off — these are a clip-in replacement.

Versions Included:

Blank cap – smooth face for your own logo or sticker.

Mazda logo cap – recessed logo so you can print in multiple colors or add paint/resin for contrast.

Print Settings (recommended):

Print orientation: 55° angle (with tabs angled supplementary to maximize strength). withe the mazda logo inverse

Layer height: 0.2 mm variable (finer layers where the curve transitions).

Walls/perimeters: 6 walls for maximum durability.

Supports: Grid supports work best (consistently clean removal in testing).

Notes:

Designed through multiple iterations for a reliable clip that holds up without breaking.

Fits standard Hypergram bore .

Tested on my set and holds tight.

Stronger prints when done in ABS, PETG, or Nylon.
