Coleman (and similar) portable 2.4m gazebo repair clips

There are a bunch of different brands for very similar light weight aluminium fold-up 2.4m gazebos. They are prone to the thin sections snapping where they cross each other when subjected to high winds.

The one we were specifically repairing is a Coleman, like this one (link to product page on Bunnings)

I set out to firstly model a replacement for the plastic sections that clip over the aluminium section, then created an extended one with holes for 4x M3 bolts to hold the broken sections together, and loops to locate 6x zip-ties to hold the sections straight within this extended clip.

This whole thing isn't UV stable so will be painted. Regardless we'll get more life out of the gazebo…presuming we don't leave it up through another storm of course.
