Description
This is toothbrush cup in tooth shape designed to be printed in vase (spiralize) mode. With bigger nozzle it can be very quick print (about one hour for main model). It has drainage holes and separate small “legs”. Also, there is otpional divider than can be inserted into cup.
See my other prints, for example 9mm lugger bullet maze.
Printing isntructions:
Cup on photos was printed in PLA with 0.6 nozzle and 1mm perimeter width and 0,45 layer height. But it can be printed even with standart 0.4 nozzle. But I'm recommending to set perimeters to bigger width (0,65). Where you can adjust it is shown on pictures.
Print main model Tooth (there is universal stl and also 3mf with 1mm perimeters setting) in vase mode and set sufficient number of bottom layers to have about 5 mm (with 0.25 layer height set it to 20).
Print 4 legs and divider coresponding to perimeter width used.
Insert - be avare: If you want to use divider, you must scale divider according to perimeter width. For convenience, there are 3 sizes:
If you are using standart 0.4 nozzle with default setting: Divider_for_045mm_TeethPerimeter
If you are using standart 0.4 nozzle with tweaked perimeter width to 0.65mm, OR 0.6mm nozzle with standart setting: Divider_for_065mm_TeethPerimeter
If you are using whatever nozzle capable printing with 1mm perimeters: Divider_for_1mm_TeethPerimeter
Assembly instructions:
Glue legs to protrusions on bottom of tooth. Divider can be only inserted and will hold in place, but you can glue it also.
