Rain Collector / Downpipe Diverter for Biohort AvantGarde Garden Sheds & Garantia Rain Barrel Hose

I modified the excellent design from varnerrants https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2965677 to fit the Biohort Avantgarde downspout and can be used with a 1 1/4'' flex pipe to connect to the water tank. I printed this on a Bambu P1S, 0.4mm Nozzle with IMAEI ASA-CF. I painted it to match the colour of the shed & downspout.

Key modifications:

1. Single outlet – optimized for one rain barrel connection
2. Adjustable hose diameter – easily configure to match your setup
3. Improved pipe connector – retention grooves are now outside the pipe for a more secure grip
4. Perfect hose fit for 1 1/4'' flexible hose. I used the Garantia Rain Barrel Connection Set – one set was enough for both downpipes.

The SCAD design remains highly customizable, though note: rendering can take 10–20 minutes (nightly builds of OpenSCAD are faster than the latest release).

Important: you’ll need to cut a small section out of the downpipe to install the diverter.
