The number of coins corresponds the amount of bank paper roles. That is
1 Cent = 50 Coins = 50 Cents
2 Cent = 50 Coins = 100 Cents = 1 Euro
5 Cent = 50 Coins = 250 Cents = 2.5 Euro
10 Cent = 40 Coins = 400 Cents = 4 Euro
20 Cent = 40 Coins = 8 Euro
50 Cent = 40 Coins = 20 Euro
1 Euro = 25 Coins = 25 Euro
2 Euro = 25 Coins = 50 Euro
In total 108 Euro 50 Cent ;-)
The right amount of coins close the pillar. A coin that reaches over the edge is one too much ;-).
To be sure, you should maybe count or weigh them the first time…
