Hole for a generic wood screw, and plenty of space in the back if you want to tape it to the wall;
Up to 90mm diameter for the STL, anything bigger/much smaller you'll have to edit the F3D and export it;
Magnets keep the bottom and top together, I used 8x3.5 circular magnets but of course that is parametric and can be edited. Much better than the friction fit versions I found, though keep in mind the weight of the medal, make sure it won't slowly open the holder and fall.
