Description
I have my printer shoved up against the wall (and use a right angle C13 cord for clearance). All the poop chutes I've found exit to the left (front view). I have other equipment on the left, so I needed a chute that spews the poop to the right.
Two versions are included, each with Fusion 360 models:
Both versions are held in place with 18x2mm magnets. When you import the chute into the slicer, hit Page Down or Page Up to rotate the model by 45 degrees. The chutes just barely fit corner to corner on the P1S bed. Orient with the chute floor down on the bed. No supports. After slicing, check that the top layer in the floor of the chute is printed lengthwise in order to reduce poop drag. I print in PETG.
For mounting, glue in the 18x2mm magnets and place on the back of the printer. Glue two brackets onto the bottom of the poop chute and place additional magnets below the poop chute to keep it where you want it. Did I mention poop?
BTW, V1.9 has proven super reliable. No more plugged sewer pipes (poop stuck in various places).
Did you build it? Please leave a comment and rating.
