Windshield mount for Valentine One radar detector

This is a mount for the Valentine One radar detector. It is angled to be level on my Acura TL. If your windshield is a different angle your detector wont be level which will reduce range.

You need two short machine screws and matching nuts, You will also need the included suction mount. I mounted the print directly on to the windshield with the clear 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener tape.

You'll need the bolts to have heads that will countersink into the print.

A new version with a holder for a tripp lite RJ-11 In-Line Coupler now made. The Coupler is friction fit and makes it easy to replace a shorter rj11 cable when the tab breaks instead of the V1 cable.

I do believe this design works with V1 Gen 2 as the holes are the same distance as the V1 gen 1.

I would be willing to redesign this with other angles in mind or with spacers for a custom angle. I would also like to make it easier to keep the screw/nuts tight as the loosen over time. Currently I have to remove it from my windshield and peel back the 3m tap to tighten.

Otherwise it's going over a year strong printed with PETG!
