Description
My night stand didn't have any free surface for a fancy MagSafe iPhone holder, so I made one that would screw onto the edge of it.
This requires a MagSafe “wall sticker” or “wall holder” (rather than using a rather inefficient wireless charger). Those sell for about 1€ on AliExpress, but I got mine from Amazon.fr. I would recommend removing the supplied adhesive and using contact adhesive to glue the ring so it doesn't come loose when you remove your phone.
The back of the holder has a slight lip to align the holder with the edge of the nightstand and keep it from twisting.
Printing guide
The holder in the photos was printed using Figutech ONE Marble PLA, on its side to avoid the need for supports. Fuzzy skin was painted on the front face (except in the screw hole and magnet indent), and adaptive layer height applied to the whole model to get a better round-off. BambuLab printer users can just open the 3MF to use those same settings.
