EasyHome LE2014 Dehumidifier duct connector adapter

This adapter allowed the connection of a standard 150mm flex hose to the output of an Easy Home LE2014 dehumidifier unit so that you can direct the dry air anywhere you need to dry out damp spots, linen cupboards etc.

I've made the designs in 2 versions, one that prints in one piece for printers that can handle objects that large and one version that prints in 2 sections for smaller printers. The 2-part version has alignment tabs to help you assemble it and to make it easier to glue together. There's also a sealing ring that makes the adapter secure in the opening of the dehumidifier and makes sure that all the dry air goes into the hose. This seal is intended to be printed in TPU 85A

To fit the adapter you need to pull out the air-guide vane that's already in the outlet of the dehumidifier, the adapter will then push in and the locking tabs and seal will secure it in place. You may find it easier to fit the hose to the adapter BEFORE installation. Please note when fitting the hose that the thread is LEFT HANDED, so you'll have to turn it the opposite way to usual

Do not try to modify this design to use the smaller 100mm hoses, it causes too much back pressure and overheating in the dehumidifier
