Anytone 868/878 Volume Knob Washer (for Motorola knobs)

I grabbed a set of Motorola XPR3000 series replacement knobs off ebay to replace the stock ones which are pretty meh.

I had to trim the slight overhang of rubber off the bottom of both knobs to make them fit nicely. The channel select knob rotates and sits fine, but the volume knob still gets hung up if you push it all the way on. You could leave it slightly off, but it could get pushed back on and bind again. I took some measurements and made a small 1mm washer for it that lifts it just slightly and prevents binding when turning.
