Function
This laser-emitter is meant to project the FOV of the Tracker by using laser-lines angled to the exact FOV. In theory the design works, I'm still searching for suitable lasers and laser-drivers. As seen in the third picture the currently used ones are way to dim.
This was the reason for me to switch to a green crossline-laser. I will continue this project in the future, in theory it already is finished.
Printing and Assembly
I used a nice CF-PETG but any other material would be ok.
Prepare the lasers by filing a small notch in the front of their casing to allow easier adjustments later. Then they can be inserted and temporarily fixed with a grub-screw each (already thread it in one before to create threads).
Insert switch and USB-C plug in the lid and wire everything up. I cannot be more specify at the current time since the wiring and schematics aren't finished yet (I would be thankful for you input for wiring and better lasers).
After wiring you can adjust the lasers and fix them with the grub-screw. I use a small screwdriver for this and only slightly loosen the grub-screw.
