Description
I have a Samsung induction stove which I bought three years ago, and in that time the little thingies that go behind the knobs to align the rotary switches and keep food from getting inside the control module broke down and got all wonky. They were also never particularly easy to clean since food residue would get stuck in the corners. So I designed this replacement part by measuring the original and recreating it in OpenSCAD, and added some extra fillets for improved strength and ease of cleanup.
As far as I can tell, this part is useful for the following Samsung models, and possibly others:
If printing FDM, I found it best to orient the part as provided in the .stl file. There is a 1 cm sprue on the backside to provide more spacing between the part and the print bed, to make the supports easier to remove. I recommend using normal supports (rather than tree supports). I recommend that you only use PETG or ABS, or maybe ASA. The included .3mf file is set up with how I got the best results on my Bambu X1C.
When printing resin you can probably use the sprueless version and use whatever orientation your slicer recommends.
