Description
This is a replacement wheel for the lower dish cart of a Bosch SilencePlus 50 dba dishwasher. I printed these in Nylon and they have held up well so far.
The wheel assembly should be printed in 2 parts. The wheel can be printed flat on its back on the bed. The Hub can be printed with the pin upward. I found that if I added a Fuzzy skin on the sides of the hub that it actually printed better than if I didn't. The angle of the design is set so no supports should be needed. So far I have not had any problems with the wheel hub breaking.
