Expanding Meter Stick

I was frustrated that 2 meter long sticks are no longer produced in our area, and a student of my asked why I don't just 3D print one, so I made this design! Enjoy!

Tips:

• First print 1 meter in length with a normal scale. 
• Measure the length of the final 1 meter stick (due to temperature change, it will shrink from the printed size to the actual final size.)
• Change the scale in order to accommodate the change in length. (For me printing PETG, it is around 100.33%, but yours will probably vary.)

The infill percent, walls, filament type all will probably impact the length change of the meter stick, so be sure to dial this setting in before printing many. I printed a bunch in different colors and have gotten a 5 meter long stick that is accurate to ±1 mm!
