Description
A 3D print version of Jer Schmidt's Mitutoyo ruler sheath. All testing and design considerations should be attributed to him, as the only thing I did was take his design and convert it to CAD for rapid prototyping.
Two versions:
I have found that, over time, the integrated pocket clip would loosen when printed with PLA (haven't tried other materials), so I decided to use a more stable spring-steel alternative (in the w/o clip version). I am providing both versions for you to choose which one you prefer.
Print on side, and you should only need supports if you're printing the version with the integrated clip.
