Portugal Map (No MMU required)

This is a map of Portugal. There are many ways to slice this however you choose. Simplest might be to just do two colors, the base and the map. That could be done with one manual switch if you don't have a MMU. I went for four colors on the map showing some variations in height, this could also be done with just a few manual swaps or an MMU. The version with text will require an MMU, it even goes beyond 5 colors. When the base is done add a manual change and switch the base color (blue) to the text color (white). There is also a version with no text which will be simpler to print especially without an MMU.
