Rack mount ears for 2.5g switch and 10g SODOLA SFP media converter

A set of rack mount ears for a NICGIGA 2.5g switch, and an additional option for also mounting a SODOLA 10g SFP to ethernet media converter. May work with other brands of switch or media converter, there are many seemingly identical ones sold under different names, but I only know for sure that it works with these specific items.

Fits on standard 19" rack, in 1u of space. Needs Voron-spec heat set inserts for the media converter mount, and M3 Flat Head bolts to attach to switch and for media converter mount. (though you may be able to re-use the screws that come with the NICGIGA switch) I used M3x10 bolts for the media converter mount, and re-used the mounting screws that came with my switch to attach the brackets.

For mounting the media converter, install the heat set inserts from the back of the flange, so the screw will be pulling them more into the material when installed. Don't press them too deep, they should end up flush with the surface once installed. The brackets have to be attached to the switch first, then you can attach the media converter to the mount. No tape or glue needed, it should be a pretty snug fit.
