Knights of the Old Republic Lightsaber.
Bastila Shen's Lightsaber scaled to roughly full scale. It has a 1/2 inch pvc slot in the core for stability and alignment(18.5mm). I believe the tips have 33mm divot for a saber blade to be added if you want.
This includes the full saber for custom splits and a split saber that should be able to fit most small printers 225m tall printers.
