Paper Plate Reinforcing Holder

This is a paper plate holder that reinforces your paper plates.  My wife asked me to make this and at first I didn't see the point because you could just use a regular plate.  However, when you think about it you might be traveling or camping or something where washing dishes just isn't possible, you just want to travel lighter or just don't feel like doing dishes.  In that case it makes good sense.  It gives the paper plate more rigidity and is especially helpful if the food is hot or heavy.

My wife said her plates were from Sam's Club, so I guess that's what it fits.  I don't know how universal paper plate dimensions are.  I included a dimensioned drawing if you want to try to scale it.

Anyway, I'm really pleased with the result, the plate snaps in perfectly and you can hold it sideways, upside down, or whatever and the plate doesn't fall out then once your done you can pop it out easily.
