Description
I had a surplus of POM wheels and an idea on how I could make a linear bearing from them. It is a little wobbly so it isn't perfect for very rigid single bearing needs but if you use two of them you could stabilize a platform or something. They are designed for 6mm rods.
The two small holes on the flat face are for heat set inserts 4.2mm X 5mm M3. The axles for the POM wheels are m5 bolts with an m5 nut on the end, it fits into a pocket so it doesn't stick out.
You'll need:
m5 X 20mm bolts - 3
m5 Nuts - 3
m3 X 4.2mm X 5mm heat set inserts - 2 (for mounting things to the bearing)
