Lymow One Lawn Striping Roller (V3.2)

This 3D model is a BETA Test, so use at your own risk and inspect it frequently for damage
but it allows you to mount a 1.5in x 12in Stainless Steel Conveyor Roller to your Lymow One or One Plus to add more defined lawn stripes to your yard as it mows.

Install and Demo: 

• V3.2 Update:

  • Lymow Roller Mount V3.2

    • Mounts have been modified and moved in closer to the center of the roller for better alignment to the bottom of the mower.

    • Also went back to the V1 design where the mount is angled inwards towards the front of the mower.

    • *** You may or may not need to cut off ~3/16 in. from each side of the main roller shaft depending on the spacing / tolerances between both mower tracks. A grinder with a cut-off wheel will make short work of this.

• V2.0 Update:

  • Lymow Roller Mount V2.0

    • All the same hardware and printing/instillation instructions as V1, arrow points towards the deck 

    • Redesigned to take advantage of the Lymow's weight by mounting perpendicular to ground instead of forcing the compliance of TPU to provide most downforce
      
       

• V1.2 Update:

  • Dampeners v1.2

    • Convex inter circle for a even tighter fit over 38mm rollers

    • * Soak in hot to boiling hot water for 2-3 minutes before installing 
      
       

• V1.1 Update:

  • Lymow Roller Mount v1.1 

    • Increased width from 12 to 14mm

    • Added a horizontal grove on the backside to induce a bending point

    • Added gussets and groves to increase strength along key areas 
       

  • Dampeners v1.1     

    • * Soak in hot to boiling hot water for 2-3 minutes before installing 

    • Increased width from 12 to 15mm for a wider surface area

    • Decreased diameter from 37 to 35.5mm for a tighter fit over 38mm Roller
