ESP32 & WLED case w/ DC jack and wire port

The ESP32 case from @Predy is nearly perfect, but not all projects are USB powered or need their pins accessible.

This remix adds a holder for a DC barrel jack under the board and a port for wires for a single-box solution for simple WLED projects.

This remix also includes the original WiFI lid variation as the WLED variation does not print well.

This retains compatibility with all of the original lids from @Predy's project:

Versions:

• v1 - small port for wires
• v2 - large port big enough for a presoldered pigtail with JST-SM connector to pass through
• v2b - DC and USB ports on same side, large port for JST-SM pigtail
• v3 - deeper USB cutout instead of wire port, DC jack on opposite side
