Description
I needed a better solution for my ski pass a few years ago so I came up with this. This compact solution features support-less printing and two flexure tabs to keep the card in place. It snugly fits a standard credit card sized ID or season pass card. I use a key ring to connect it to my ski jacket. I also just printed one for my work ID that attaches to a retractable lanyard.
Recommend print around 0.2mm layers, standard settings, no supports, PLA or PETG recommended. Takes 20 minutes to print on Bambu X1-C
