Bug-fix for top section mount on new PAX wardrobe 2024 with sliding door

I originally created the design because the automatic light strip did not function when mounted in the uppermost position of the new PAX 2024 wardrobe (the tool-free version) with sliding doors.
The light strip remained switched off in automatic mode. The cause of this error is that the infrared sensor of the light strip is aligned too high and the light is reflected at the edge of the sliding door rail. If you have this problem, you can also reduce the reflection on the (highly IR-reflective) aluminum edge by either coating the edge in black or sticking a matte paper sticker over the edge. I tested the latter successfully, but I didn't like the solution.

My solution to the PAX problem is to tilt the light strip so far that the automatic mode works correctly again. This makes you wonder whether Ikea ever tested this on the new PAX wardrobe design.

The two L2/R2-PAX-Adapter+3mm mounting parts solve this problem.

I also needed more of the small adhesive cable clips for cable routing.

Bracket for a wardrobe with an internal body width of 712 mm

The mounting is optimized for an internal cabinet width of at least 712 mm and a door bar with a height of 30.5 mm. The wardrobe has hinged doors.

The light strip is mounted directly behind the door bar on the cabinet ceiling and should therefore be flush with the door bar. The automatic light sensor is angled downwards, which prevents malfunctioning due to the two door stoppers on my wardrobe.

This is, of course, a customized solution for my wardrobe. However, the bracket can also be screwed onto the front of other wardrobes.

Fehlerbehebung für die Befestigung an oberster Position im neuen PAX-Kleiderschrank 2024 mit Schiebetür

Ursprünglich habe ich das Design entworfen, weil die Lichtleiste nicht funktionierte, als ich diese an der obersten Position, des neuen PAX 2024-Schrankes (die werkzeuglose Ausführung) mit Schiebetüren, montiert habe.
Die Lichtleiste blieb im Automatik-Modus einfach ausgeschaltet. Fehlerursache hierfür ist, dass der Infrarot-Sensor der Lichtleiste zu hoch ausgerichtet ist und das Licht an der Kante der Schiebetürschiene reflektiert. Wer das Problem hat, kann auch die Reflexion an der (stark IR reflektiven) Aluminium-Kante verringern, indem man die Kante entweder schwarz beschichtet oder einen matten Papieraufkleber über die Stelle der Kante klebt. Letzteres habe ich zwar erfolgreich getestet, schön fand ich die Lösung jedoch nicht.

Meine Lösung für das PAX Problem besteht darin, dass ich die Lichtleiste so weit geneigt habe, dass der Automatik-Modus wieder korrekt funktioniert. Da fragt man sich schon, ob Ikea das jemals am neuen PAX Kleiderschrank Design getestet hat… vermutlich nicht.

Sei’s drum. Die beiden Befestigungsteile L2/R2-PAX-Adapter+3mm beheben dieses Problem.

Zusätzlich brauchte ich noch mehr von den kleinen aufklebbaren Kabelschellen zur Kabelverlegung.

Halterung für einen Kleiderschrank innere Korpus-Breite 712 mm

Die Befestigung ist für eine innere Korpusbreite von minimal 712 mm optimiert und einem Türbalken mit einer Höhe von 30,5 mm. Der Kleiderschrank hat Drehtüren.

Die Lichtleiste wird direkt hinter dem Türbalken an die Korpusdecke montiert und soll damit bündig mit dem Türbalken abschließen. Dabei ist die Licht-Automatik-Sensorik schräg nach unten ausgerichtet, wodurch eine Funktionsstörung durch die zwei Türstopper an meinem Schrank vermieden wird.

Ist natürlich eine individuelle Lösung für meinen Schrank. Jedoch kann man die Halterung auch stirnseitig an anderen Schränken anschrauben.
