SV08 Tophat / Top Hat filter grill blank blocker placeholder

I blocked off the holes in order to have this part essentially as a placeholder.  
My idea was to have a grill/filter opening on each side of the top hat in order to have options in the future to attach things or move them (such as a filter, the MMX, etc…).

This allows me to have such a top hat that can allow for versatility going forward without having to reprint entire sections of the top hat.
