AA battery pack for GD-77/GA-510 radio

3/10/2022 update - replaced shell v2 .stl's with v3.  Changes made to improve fit up and  simplify source models.

A battery pack for GD-77 & GA-510 style radios using 6 NiMH batteries (or 5 alkaline + 1 dummy).  No internal recharging.  A model for printing a diy dummy AA is included. A conductor will need to be added for it to be functional.

The two halves are joined using 4 3mm cap  head screws and thermal threaded inserts.  Battery terminals are of this type:

Contacts were cut from from nickel battery strip material like this:

Supports are needed, be sure to specify a support interface that facilitates easy & complete removal.

Zvones52o did the heavy lifting with his battery eliminator back piece for the GD-77 ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2742838 ), I used his architecture for the radio attachment layout.
