monkeybike model

here is my monkey bike

first I printed him upright on his stand so i could change the filament and have the base a different colour.

The trouble was it needed so much support that each time the front wheel came off with the supports.

in the end I reinforced the front wheel and printed him on his side with 6 for wall rings and 20% angle for support.

Printed on its side you also only have half the nightmare of removing the supports from the wheels. I printed this one on fast mode because I had little faith in the prototype.

with precision mode and more care, it will come out better…
