Prusa Core One Tabletop Spacer

A spacer that aligns and keeps the tabletop in place, turning the Core One into a table. Installing this modification disables the top air intake, so the following side air intake mod is required.

Required other than printed parts:

• Tabletop 415×415 mm
• Screws x16 (at least 8)
• Aluminum sheet: approx. 360×360 mm, for reflecting radiant heat (optional, adjust size as needed)

Print the following parts:

• 4x Corner.stl
• 4x Middle.stl
• 4x Centering Jig.stl

Assembly: 

Using the jig, center the aluminum sheet and position each part accordingly, then fasten them with screws. To prevent the tabletop from cracking, it’s recommended to drill pilot holes before inserting the screws.

Notes:

• The Core One's official dimensions are listed as 415×444×555mm (X, Y, Z). However, the 444mm in the Y direction includes the bump from the LCD screen. The actual frame is a 415×415mm square, so the tabletop you prepare should also be 415×415 mm.
