TOYOTA FJ CRUISER PHONE MOUNT

I couldn't see spending $50.00 on a custom phone holder for the FJ Cruiser so I designed a simple 

mount and holder for the Samsung Galaxy in a protected case .

You will need :

4pcs   M4x8mm Brass Heat Inserts

4pcs   M4x12mm Flathead Allen Screws

2.5mm Allen Wrench HEX

M4.5mm Drill Bit 

Soldering Iron with Heat Insert Tip

Assembly:

Print the model 18% infill and 3 walls. (PET-G Filament)

Print the LOGO 10% infill and 2 walls (TPU Filament)

Glue the TPU Logo (I used SuperGlue) 

Use the soldering iron to press the M4 brass inserts into the front of the FJ MOUNT (300 degrees C)

Align the mount centered to the clock and mark where the 4.5mm holes are to be drilled into the plastic dash material.

Go slow drilling the holes.  The plastic is about 4mm thick.

GO SLOW!  Press in the M4 brass heat insert into the 4.5mm hole in the plastic dash material.

Using the 4mm flat head screws, fasten the phone holder to the mount and the mount to the dash.
