Nearly fully printed wool winder

Why do you need that? I don't know, my girlfriend wanted it, so I made it for her! Nearly everything is 3D printed, you just need these part:

• 6900 Bearings (x6), can be 3D printed, but won't last long
• Clamps (to clamp it to a desk), I printed these: https://www.printables.com/model/839279-strong-printable-clamp
• Toilet paper Core (optional) (print: Hat_Toilet_Paper.stl)

TIP: Print “Bevel_Pinion_Gear_Big" first and check the bearing fitting.

Note to bearings:

• Outer Diameter: 22mm
• Inner Diameter: 10mm
• Height: 6mm

Print instructions:

• Files with number at the end, like “Nut_x4”. That's how often you have to print the part
• Files containing the word “support” at the end, require support
• Every standard material should work (I used PLA)
• at least 3 Walls
• 30% Infill
• You don't need supports

Bearing Placements

The placement of the bearing is shown in the subsequent pictures in red. Press them in hard, for example by pressing the part on a flat surface.
