Tormach PCNC1100 spindle lock

I made this spindle lock for my Tormach PCNC1100 but haven't had a chance to use it for broaching. Ended up printing a plastic part and when it fails I'll probably try it out.

Yes it's plastic but it seemed pretty strong, I wouldn't think the torsional loads would be that large but I really don't know, just a gut feel. Look at the design, I've kept the 2 rings attached together except at the bolt attach point. Uses 2ea. 10-24 bolts and nuts.

Make sure you turn the Spindle Lock to 0.
