Description
The newer Jig Saws make use of the cooling air to blow chips away. My old Dewalt DW321 didn't have this feature so I made one in Fusion360.
By deflecting a little cooling air toward the cutting blade you do not have to keep putting your face down and blowing the chips away to see the line. The newer saws have this but I added a simple deflector to my Dewalt DW321. You still need to wear safety glasses but at least you can see the line.
Made in 2 parts for easy printing and glued together with Duco cement. Print with whatever plastic you like and glue to the ribs with a little silicone glue.
