Description
The poison bait box is designed for gel-like biocides. The gel is sparingly portioned and placed in the center of the bait box, and the lid is then screwed on.
The screw-on lid and the internally positioned walls make it difficult for children or pets to reach the poison. However, everyone has to decide for themselves and at their own responsibility, as a 3D-printed box can never be completely child- or pet-proof.
To ensure the thread prints well, I recommend a layer height of 0.15 mm. An infill of 15-20% should be sufficient. Supports should not be necessary. Using standard PLA, the cost per box is approximately €0.30, which is competitive with other bait boxes sold online.
I would be very happy to receive feedback on this model.
Edit 11. Nov. 2025: I added a version with more clearange for more efficent 0.6 nozzle.
