SUNLU AMS HEATER LOCKDOWN

J’ai récemment acheté le Sunlu HEATER pour l’AMS Bambu Lab V1, mais cela a entraîné la perte du verrouillage du couvercle, ce que je n’apprécie pas car cela pourrait affecte l’étanchéité malgré le poids du couvercle. J’ai donc créé deux petites pièces avec des empreintes pour des aimants néodyme 8x2 afin de sécuriser la fermeture. Le modèle est composé de quatre pièces identiques : deux se positionnent sur l’AMS et deux sur le couvercle (voir photo).

L’impression est simple. Ajoutez soit un point de colle, soit du ruban adhésif double face pour maintenir les pièces en place. Pour l’installation, je vous conseille de positionner les deux (l'ensemble de chaque coté) sur le couvercle. Ensuite, refermer le couvercle et appuyez fermement pour que la pièce qui doit être sur l’AMS colle correctement et soit bien positionner

I recently bought the Sunlu HEATER for the AMS Bambu Lab V1, but this resulted in the loss of the lid lock, which I do not appreciate because it could affect the tightness despite the weight of the lid. So I created two small pieces with prints for 8x2 neodymium magnets to secure the closure. The model is composed of four identical pieces: two are positioned on the AMS and two on the lid (see photo). Printing is simple. Add either a point of glue or double-sided tape to keep the parts in place. For installation, I advise you to position both (the whole side) on the lid. Then, close the lid and press firmly so that the part that must be on the AMS sticks properly and is well positioned

AS IN THE PICTURE 

ADD DOUBLE-SIDED ON THE ELEMENT THAT IS ON THE AMS

FERMEE LE COUVERCLE ET APPUIER FORTEMENT SUR LE COUVERCLE DE FACON A CE QUE LE DOUBLE FACE OU LE POINT DE COLLE SOIT BIEN EN CONTACT AVEC LA PARTIE DE L'AMS 

CLOSE THE LID AND PRESS HARD ON THE LID SO THAT THE DOUBLE-SIDED OR THE GLUE POINT IS IN GOOD CONTACT WITH THE PART OF THE AMS

ET APRES QUELQUE INSTANT (POUR LE POINT DE COLLE ATTENDRE UN PEU PLUS LONG TEMPS HISTOIRE QUE CELA TIENNE BIEN) OUVRER LE COUVERCLE ET NORMALEMENT LES 2 PARTIE CE SEPARE 

MAINTENANT LORS DE LA FERMETURE LE COUVERCLE SERA PLUS EN CONTACT AVEC LE JOINT ET L'ETANCHEITE SERA MEILLEUR 

A VOUS DE JOUER 

AND AFTER A FEW MOMENTS (FOR THE GLUE POINT WAIT A LITTLE LONGER SO THAT IT HOLDS WELL) OPEN THE LID AND NORMALLY THE 2 PARTS SEPARATE NOW WHEN CLOSING  

THE LID WILL BE MORE IN CONTACT WITH THE SEAL AND THE SEAL WILL BE BETTER I
