Description
I made this model to prevent leaves from flushing from the backdoor entrance of our house into our wastewater pipe in the garden when it rains.
Its one simple part.
An insert that i have put into the opening of the pipe.
It should fit most of the pipes with an inner diameter of about 35mm.
But you could easily scale the model to fit smaller or bigger pipes as well.
The first version (v1) had too small openings, so i created another one (v2) with gently bigger gaps.
I printed them on my Bambu Lab P1S with the following settings:
Material: ASA from Anycubic in White
Nozzle-Temp: 270°C
Bed-Temp: 100°C
Support: No
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer Height: 0,2mm
Infill: 15%
Wall Loops: 2
Bottom and Top Shell Layers: 4
Print Speed: 200mm/s
Outer Wall Speed: 150mm/s
Initial Layer Speed: 50mm/s
Fan Speed: 30%
Brim: No
You can print them with any other filament like PLA, PETG, …
But i recommand to use some material that is UV resistent for longterm usage in the sun.
