Little Japanese Shop

This is a Japanese inspired commercial building, with a little shop on the first level, and offices on the second. Don't like the aesthetic of the front side? No worries, turn it around for a different vibe!

In the attached zip you will find several variations, including taller buildings, different roofs, a version without a brick facade, and even a version with office windows on the back (might be useful in some dioramas). The lights, hanging sign, and lantern are added as extras, these would be too difficult to print attached so I'll leave it to you to decide if you want them.

Unfortunately the file size is quite big in the versions with brick. I tried to get it down as much as I could, but there's just too much geometry on the brick texture to reduce further. Also note that no scale is set, you will need to set the scale in your slicer. 5000% should be roughly 28mm scale.
