Tento větrník slouží jako dekorativní zápich do záhonu a je tvořen ze 3D tištěných částí. K jeho sestavení kromě vytištěných dílů budete potřebovat také dřevěnou tyč o průměru 12 mm a metrický šroub M3 pro připevnění. Celkem je potřeba vytisknout 7 lopatek, které se nasazují na střed s ozubeným kolem. Ozubené kolo stlačí obě části lopatky k sobě a umožňuje jejich správné uchycení.

Dále našroubujte osu do bloku, který spojuje dřevěnou tyč s osou větrníku. Na osu navlékněte distanční sloupek, poté sestavený větrník, a nakonec osu zajistěte koncovkou. Důležité je, abyste osu nedotáhli dokonce – větrník se musí plynule otáčet.

Tento jednoduchý mechanismus zajišťuje plynulý pohyb větrníku, který krásně oživí vaši zahradu či záhon.

This garden windmill is designed as a decorative stake for flower beds and is made from 3D printed parts. In addition to the printed components, you will need a wooden rod with a 12 mm diameter and an M3 metric screw for assembly.

You will print a total of 7 windmill blades, which attach to the center with a gear mechanism that clamps both blade halves together. Next, screw the axle into the block that connects the wooden rod with the axle. Slide a spacer onto the axle, assemble the windmill, and finally secure it with the end cap.

Do not fully tighten the axle screw! The windmill must rotate smoothly.

This simple yet effective design ensures smooth rotation and will add a charming touch to your garden or flower bed.
