With Autodesk Fusion I created a new case for the electronics; a helical gear!

I did not use the same ESP32 with the metal case as per the Inscrutable instructions but just the Waveshare ESP32-S3 1.28 NoTouch as everything will be enclosed inside the helical gear.

Also, I did not "brave" the cuts on the PCB board. I inserted the switch in series to the positive battery cable (basically cut the positive cable and solder one end to the middle pin of the switch and the other one to one of the other pins).

I finally increased the battery size to 1100 mAh which fits this case perfectly.

NOTE: Using this wiring method, you need to leave the switch to the ON position during charging from the USB port.
