Garmin Varia 515/516 Flexible Case

This case is designed to fit the Garmin Varia RTL 516 bike light snugly and securely. It is printed in TPU, which provides a flexible yet durable fit. I personally use black TPU, but any TPU should work well.

Printing Tips

• I strongly recommend applying Bamboo glue on the print bed. It really improves adhesion for both the part itself and the supports.
• TPU prints best with slower speeds and good bed adhesion.

Installation Instructions

• Start by inserting the top section first (with the button) of the light into the case.
• Then stretch the case from the bottom and push the rest of the light in.
• It is a tight fit by design, so do not worry, you can gently stretch the TPU to slide it in.
• To remove the light, stretch the case again and pull the light out carefully.

Visibility
The side lights and main rear light remain fully visible through the cutouts, so functionality is not compromised.
