Description
freemark's x-belt tensioner is great but the dimension for the hole doesn't fit Raiscube's stock x-axis idler bolt so I designed this from scratch, using freemark's tensioner as reference.
These types of belt tentioner is great because it relieve the right side's Z rod from being pulled by x-axis belt, reducing the amount of layer drift (z-wobble) when printing.
BOM:
Print it flat. You'll need to add support but it will make the part stronger.
If you are confident in your layer adhesion, you can print it upright. You won't need any support printing this way.
Please note that the holes for the Hex nuts have very tight tolerance, so you will need a pliers to force it into the holes. Alternatively, you can use a hot gun or a soldering iron to heat the nuts up when pushing them in.
