Bead-Lock Rim Mount | Montierhilfe für Bead-Lock Felgen

This is a simple helper to mount bead-lock rims to your tire. This one is designed for 1/10 RC-models with a wheel hub of min. 7mm and no additional parts are needed… just print it.

Just take the plate on the table, mount your rim on the tire with the screw holes opposite. Then mount the lock on the thread-pin and fix it with the nut. Fasten the nut till the both rim parts are in contact… fasten the rim with screw and remove the Bead-Lock-Mount, fasten the remaining screws… that's it.

Be patient by pre-assemble the rim parts and the tire that the parts are in pretty alignment ;-)

Ein einfacher Helfer um Bead-Lock Felgen zu montieren.  Er ist für 1/10 Modelle mit einer Radnabe von mindestens 7mm erstellt und braucht keine weiteren Teile… alles gedruckt.

Die Grundplatte auf den Tisch stellen, das vormontierte Rad auf die Gewindeachse stecken und mit dem Riegel und der Mutter die Felgenteil bis zum Kontakt zusammenziehen. Jetzt können die Felgenteile mit den Schrauben fixiert werden, Bead-Lock-Mount entfernen, restliche Schrauben anbringen… fertig

Bei der Vormontage natürlich darauf achten dass die Felgenteile und der Reifen entsprechend ausgerichtet sind ;-)
