No Twist Clamp Handles

These handles are for Kant Twist style clamps.  The snap onto the existing handles and make for a much more comfortable user experience and allow you to tighten down harder on the clamp.

There are models for two sizes of clamps, listed as 2 inch and 4 inch.

The 2 inch handles will fit clamps with a maximum T handle length of 1.85 inches.

The 4 inch handles will fit clamps with a maximum T handle length of 3.1 inches.

Both styles are printed with the T handle slot down on the bed surface.  The bottom surface has a small flat landing beside the slots to facilitate bed adhesion.  I added a small amount of supports in the middle of the handle where the arched cut lifts off the bed.

Prints have been made with PETG and carbon fiber PETG with no issues.  Prints were made with .4mm nozzle and .2mm layer heights.

For a better grip and hiding of layer lines, the fuzzy skin modifier is a great addition to the file in Prusa Slicer.  Here is a Prusa tutorial to using this technique.  With fuzzy skin, the layer height could probably be increased with minimal effect on aesthetics. Note for best results with the fuzzy skin, make sure the modifier does not come all the way down to the bed.  I printed about the first 8-10 layers without fuzzy skin.
