(SuperFlux or HyperCore) with Big Tire (11.5"/12") to XR Rails Clamping Axle Blocks

(SuperFlux or HyperCore) with Big Tire (11.5"/12") to XR rail carrier blocks modified to match the style of OG XR PubHubs.

Thanks to @viperbite for help with getting the cover M2 bolts placed nicely.

The primary features:

• A clamp - aims to reduce strain on the center axle bolts by applying a clamping force around the axle in addition to the bolts.

• Fixed lowered positions - Lowered to a fixed position for a standard ride height on big tires, allowing standard battery harness routing and no fuss

• Fins all around the axle block for cooling (and it just looks good imo)

• Easily removable harness cover

And when it comes to the stock SF axle blocks, these ones improve against those by:

• Reducing strain on the motor cable (not cutting it on sharp edges...)

• Increasing space for the harnesses

• Adding a more complete cable cover

Cutting Instructions

1. Send to your CNC shop of choice for a pair of these

   • Make sure you have all of the body, clamp, and cover (same file for both sizes).

   • Be sure to include threads! Technical drawings are in the files for:

     • Imperial (5/16 rail bolt, standard for XR) OR

     • Metric (M8 rail bolt)
