Fizik Saddle AirTag Mount

Print Instructions:

• I'd suggest you use ”Weatherproof" Filament to print the Parts from - Don't want the parts to become brittle from UV / the Cold or melt in the heat of the Sun 😁
• Print with the usual Voron recommended 4x Perimeter / 40% Infill Settings.
• Layer Height doesn't really matter but I suggest the usual 0.2mm
• The Parts come prealigned and shouldn't require Supports despite some steep Overhangs. 

BOM:

• 4x Voron Style M3 Heat Set Inserts
• 2x M3x35mm Button Head ( or Socket Head ) Cap Screws
• 2x M3x12mm Countersink Screws

Assembly & Installation Instructions:
Install 4x M3 Heat Set Inserts into the Main Body using a Soldering Iron ⬇

Install the Apple AirTag into the Main Body ⬇

Add AirTag Clamp and secure with 2x M3x35mm Button Head ( or Socket Head ) Cap Screws ⬇
( If you decide to “permanently” attach the Assembly using Glue - described in the next Step - these Screws will need to be removed with a suitably long Tool - perhaps even requiring an extension - to retrieve the AirTag for Battery Replacement )

Install Assembly to Seat Post Rails ⬇
( Optionally - Add Plastic Glue to the blue marked Areas to prevent quick removal of the Assembly in case of Theft )

Install 2x M3x12mm Countersunk Screws to finish the Installation ⬇
