Printing & Assembly

• No Assembly Required: This is a true print-in-place design.
• Post-Print Tip: A new print-in-place hinge might be a little stiff at first. Gently work the gate back and forth a few times to loosen it up and ensure smooth action.
• Print Settings:
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm 
  • Wall Line Count: 2-3 for good strength 
  • Infill: 20% (Grid or Gyroid) 
  • Supports: None needed! 
  • Material: Durable PLA, PETG, or ABS is recommended for longevity.
