Description
I designed this small replacement cover for the indicator light of my electric grill, since the original spare part was overpriced (about €16 + shipping).
This model is designed for 9mm holes, with a slightly increased diameter (+0.15mm) to compensate for my transparent PETG shrinkage during printing.
No supports are needed — it prints cleanly and precisely as-is.
Print settings used:
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 100% (for strength and durability)
Material: transparent PETG
No supports required
It’s a simple but practical fix that saved me time and money — and works perfectly as a snug replacement for the original indicator cover.
Printed on my CoreOne at 230 °C nozzle, 75 °C bed, 50 °C chamber.
