Coal load for LGB waggons

These are coal loads for different LGB waggons.

After creating https://www.printables.com/model/170915-g-scale-coal-pile I wanted to have a version that fits into a LGB waggon. I re-wrote the script and created coal loads for the different waggons that I have.

The coal loads should be printed in PETG or ABS.
(I tried PLA once, but after only 1 day of the waggon running outside in the sun shine the load had already deformed to inusability. So better avoid PLA and other materials with similar temperature behaviour.)

They should be printed with the bottom down (their normal orientation). They don't need support.
The infill should be sufficiently strong, because the top layers with all the details will be relatively heavy. It also needs to stay strong when the part is outside in the sun the whole day to prevent sagging.

Print in black for coal, grey for gravel, etc.

lgb_kohle_4020

This fits the 2 axle high-sided gondola waggons of the LGB 4x2x/4x2xx series (like 4020, 41213, …). The cavities on the bottom and on the ends are symmetrical. They accommodate the protrusion of the waggon body and attached parts.
This model is probably too big to fit on most printer beds.

lgb_kohle_4020split

Same as lgb_kohle_4020, but split into 2 parts that should fit onto a build plate. The seam is intentionally jagged, to better hide it. One part has the coal particles protruding, the other has the corresponding cavities.
Best to glue the 2 parts together, otherwise they might rattle.

lgb_kohle_4062a & lgb_kohle_4062b

These models fit into the 4 axle high-sided gondola waggons of the LGB 4x62/4x62x series (like 4062, 41620, …). They have cavities for where the mounting points of the doors and brakeman's cab protrude into the load space.
These models are different size because the 2 load spaces on the waggon are different sizes. Also they are NOT symmetrical!

This fits the 2 axle low-sided short gondola waggons of the LGB 94xx5 series (like 94005, …). The cavities on the bottom are NOT symmetrical!

This fits the 2 axle medium-sided short gondola waggons of the LGB 94xx6 series WITHOUT brakeman's seat (like 94016, …). The cavities on the bottom and on the end are NOT symmetrical!

This fits the 2 axle medium-sided short gondola waggons of the LGB 94xx6 series WITH brakeman's seat (like 94006, …). The cavities on the bottom and on the end are NOT symmetrical!
