Cat Ear Headband

I made this headband for part of my daughters Halloween costume.  She had a simple request. “I want to be Elsa but also a cat with ears like the one's from Gabby's Dollhouse that also glow in the dark.”

I wasn't able to find any that had a more 3-dimensional profile so I designed these to snap together and print easily.  The snap connectors require a bit of force to get together.  Start by connecting the top and bottom parts of the ears with the loose connector (you'll need to print two of these).  Then snap that assembly to the headband. The inner ear parts are optional but will need to be glued on if you want to use them.

Keep in mind this is designed for a 6 year old so it is somewhat small but it does flex well.  I haven't experimented with scaling it up.
